Covenant House Alaska (CHA) provides shelter, food, healthcare and support services to the homless youth of AK.CHA does not charge any fees, is open 24/7 and is shovel ready to build a new facility.

This is big bucks to build a home for kids who don't want to follow rules at home. But it's only $5 MILLION!

Wouldn't it be more cost effective to just let the kids live on the street and starve or freeze?
