This project has the second highest number of jobs associated with it on Auburn's list and is very high in the number of number of jobs created per dollar spent.
This largely Black neighborhood is very nicely kept up except for this eyesore. It is right on MLK Drive Highway 14 and is a major entrance to our city. If we don't care about the neighborhood, we can at least think about how we appear to others.
