Filling in the cracks is like putting a bandage on gun shot wound. It's a temporary fix, it doesn't stop the problem or the ground underneath from continuing to erode. We need a permanent solution, so that the roads don't just wash out with the heavy rains we get. So a band aide, is NOT going to work!
