The city has blundered through the rebuilding of Northern Pky for at least 30 years. They have never got it right, partially due to the huge volume of heavy traffic and partially due to not spending the money it takes to stabilize the sub-surface and run a proper paving job. If the cxity wants to rebuild the road again they should use their own money and not ours. Alaso, the Pimlico track is only open for real racing about 30 days a year.
