I am a Roseville resident and am totally embarrassed that a "project" like this with a 1.5 million dollar price tag would be put on this appropriations bill, or any other bill for that matter. If this is indicative to the type of projects that are on the "Stimulus wish lists" across the country, we are in trouble indeed!
