[edit] General Description

Please help improve this project page by replacing this text with a description and other factual information about the project. Don't know much about the project? Call your local government and ask for details.

[edit] Points in Favor

Not properly preserving and maintaining this asset will result in a lot more in replacement costs than this project entails, not to mention the downtime and inconvience of lost service if this is not properly maintained.

[edit] Points Against

I don't think anyone is against painting the water tank if it is needed. I think someone would do it cheaper than $150,000. If we can't afford to paint it ourselves then maybe we shouldn't have built it.
