When I see enforcement of non-income revenue generating vehicular laws then, and only then! could I see supporting something like this. When Slower Traffic Keep Right Laws, and obstructing traffic laws start getting enforced, (and I know that's at a different level) then I'll worry about corpus tunnel problems of having to hand-write a ticket because someone didn't pay the meter for enough time.
Can't they take this money out of their donut budget?
