[edit] Points in Favor

This viaduct was closed when it started to fail, barring one of the main routes from downtown into the near north side. The City hasn't repaired it because it wasn't budgeted. This is a terrific opportunity to open the grid back into North St. Louis!

This project needs to be done. There's no reason to let this one go any longer. People should be able to easily access the area north of Downtown.
