A National Security effort to reduce our need for import foreign oil starts at the community level. This community would be doing it's part.

Bio diesel is not cost effective, it will drive up the cost of food. This is a boondoggle just like ethanol, which drove up the price of corn. Driving up the price of food has the greatest negative impact on lower income families.
