[edit] Points in Favor

Boulder is an extremely expensive city in which to find housing; the money to renovate would no doubt be well spent in balance against long standing constant repairs which are labor intensive and frequent. Boulder Housing is careful with it's money, and has had very little waste or excess, over the past 25 years anyway. It is a good, humane, and carefully run program.

[edit] Points Against

Affordable Housing is a "socialist" concept. It is a transfer of wealth from those who are better-off to those who cannot afford adequate housing.
