Part of a larger project to to re-engineer the Outer Harbor transportation system, including re-configuration of Route 5/Fuhrmann Blvd., reconstruction of Ohio Street, and construction of new arterial connector from I-190 to Tifft Street.

Per the map in the PDF, roads would connect Route 5, via Tifft Street and a yet-to-be-built arterial connector to I-190.
