[edit] Points in Favor

This project is critical to the airport's safety and preserving its existence. For Example: Currently one of the access ramps (across from the Forest Service's prep area for the Fire Bombers {Fire-Fighting Aircraft}) is closed due to a dangerously deteriorated culvert, which hampers their ops. Also, the amount requested for this project is _NOT_ $10 million, but on the order of 3 to 4 mil.
