[edit] Points in Favor

Not a bad price, IF it's paved in Gold.

(Even if it's paved in gold, it's still $3.45 million per job. Maybe the players get gold-plated, too)

[edit] Points Against

We use to pay for upgrades to our athletic fields through local fund raising. Sell cookies then you put several people to work making cookies, printing cookie boxes, and truckers to deliver. Might even be able to find a local contractor to volunteer equipment to assist. There is a lot of pride and friendship generated when your community can accomplish such a task.

There are about 50,000 residents of Cidra. At $150,000,000 this is about $3,000 for each resident...Something is a bit odd about this Little League Park.
