This project will construct a bike path along the east side of Steve Whalen Boulevard from Hamilton Street to Wyoming Street and complete the curb and walk along the west side of Steve Whalen Boulevard from Hamilton Street to Wyoming Street. The project will include the installation of sidewalks and ADA compliant wheelchair ramps at each intersection impacted by this project.
