[edit] General Description
Goodyear has residents living in the far southern end of the City that have limited access to the City Center. There is a single road(path) between the most southern portion of the City and it's commercial area. This road would allow these residents to cross through some Sonoran Valley Desert and enable the city to efficiently serve this area without traveling on a dirt service road. Access to this area is critical to the future of Goodyear.
