I own land up in this area just like the rest of you in your respective areas and pay the same amount of proportionate tax. This area needs a thorough fare to get to Race Track and feed growth farther south. These are million dollar properties up in that area with georgous views of the city in a protected rural setting...but you have to travel through "hell" to get there! I applaud someone for seeing the need.
