Wiki Description

[edit] General Description

Project replaces existing sewer mains that serve almost a third of the City of Henderson. Several portions of the sewer main are in a state of disrepair, which if left unchecked, could cause raw sewerage spill causing considerable expense to tax payer.

[edit] Points in Favor

Actually, this is a replacement project for an existing sewer main with private funds being added to the overall project budget.

[edit] Points Against

Public money to enhance private concerns. This is incorrect. This is a public/private partnership with the private party paying their share of the sewer main project.
