I really do not want to pay for this at this time!

You're building a bicycle/pedestrian route along a busy Highway to get to a park that is out in the middle of nowhere! If Johnson Ciy zones Bristol then this park is nearly in the center of town. Way to go!

I don't understand why in the times of economic trouble the city wants to spend money on this project. 1. This is an extremely busy highway 2. Most runners, bikers, walkers don't utilize trails along busy highways due to safety reasons 3. Have you ever thought to get the public's vote on stuff like this and see where they want the trails to be?
