[edit] Points in Favor

This particular portion of Wilshire (located from downtown Los Angeles through Highland Ave is is dire need of repaving. While I know that many people only look at the area they are in, I can attest to being on these roads on a daily basis, and by MTA transportation. There are pot holes that make driving a hazard for all concerned. You have only to get in a car and drive that distance between downtown LA and Highland Avenue to understand just how very bad it has become. If we are diligent and on a never stop schedule, I believe that we can get this job done with all haste.

[edit] Points Against

Doesn't this fall under the first project (Major street and road repairs)?
